Regional SAP Lead (SD/MM)

The Regional SAP Lead (SD/MM) plays a critical leadership role in delivering scalable and efficient SAP solutions, managing a cross-functional SAP team, and ensuring the smooth execution of SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts.

This position is instrumental in supporting enterprise operations and continuous process improvements while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA, from initial assessments to post go-live stabilization.
• Support daily operations by resolving advanced SAP-related issues and ensuring system integrity.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer on new and updated solutions within the team.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, testing documents, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with integration teams on data mapping and monitor technical developments.
• Ensure continuous documentation updates, including process flows, configuration records, and test scripts.
• Analyze complex SAP and business process challenges, propose actionable solutions, and oversee implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,or a related technical field.
• Leadership experience within multinational or large-scale SAP environments.
• Experience with international SAP projects, including system rollouts and S/4HANA landscapes.
• Expertise in SAP SD/MM modules and integration with FI/CO.
• Excellent stakeholder communication in English, team collaboration, and issue resolution skills.
