SAP FICO Team Lead

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Team Lead to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP solutions, leading and managing a team, and ensuring the successful execution of SAP projects. What you'll do:

As the SAP Team Lead (FICO), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality SAP solutions. You will lead and manage a team, ensuring the successful execution of SAP projects. Your responsibilities will include defining migration strategies, implementing new S/4 platforms, providing support to the Operations team for complex issues, transferring knowledge about newly implemented solutions to colleagues, creating or updating functional specifications with test cases for developers, analyzing complex issues, proposing appropriate solutions, and applying them.

• Define migration strategy and implement new S/4 platform from fit/gap workshops to post go live activities.
• Provide support to Operations team for complex issues.
• Transfer knowledge to colleagues about newly implemented solutions.
• Create or update functional specifications with test cases for developers and follow-up advancement of development.
• Analyze complex issues, propose appropriate solutions, and apply.
• Create or update process flows, customizing documents, user documentations, test scripts, etc.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the SAP Team Lead (FICO) position brings a wealth of experience in SAP consulting within a multinational environment handling consumer goods / retail industry. You have previously held leadership roles in large organizations and have extensive experience with SAP customizing SD/MM and integration with FI/CO. Your experience extends to international projects, including SAP rollouts in an SAP S/4 HANA environment. You possess good knowledge of logistic processes and are proficient in ABAP programming/debugging. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required for this role. Additional assets include SAP Certification in SAP CS and/or SDMM modules and proficiency in any Asian language.

• Experience in SAP consulting, preferably for a multinational environment handling consumer goods / retail industry.
• Previous experiences as team leader or supervisor in a large organization.
• Experience of SAP customizing SD/MM and integration with FI/CO
• Experience in international projects, including SAP rollouts, SAP S/4 HANA environment.
• Good knowledge of logistic processes.
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent degree.
• SAP Certification in SAP CS and/or SDMM modules is an asset.
• Good knowledge of ABAP programming/debug.
• Good in oral/written English language is necessary.
• Any Asia language will be an asset.
