Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Solution Manager (SAP) to manage their hospital's ERP system in alignment with strategic goals. This role will support the operations of various departments, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the ERP system, from planning, installation, customization, maintenance, to further development.

What you'll do:

As an ERP Solution Manager (SAP), you will play a crucial role in managing our client's hospital's ERP system. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the ERP system aligns with strategic goals while supporting various departmental operations. You will be tasked with enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, improving decision-making accuracy, and ensuring sustainable use of the ERP system. Your role will also involve managing data integration between the ERP and other systems like HIS, PACS, and LIS. You will monitor and analyse the performance of the ERP system to maintain its stability and availability.

  • Oversee the operations of the ERP system (FI, MM, HR) to support the functioning of all departments within the hospital.
  • Manage the integration of data between the ERP and other systems such as HIS (Hospital Information System), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), and LIS (Laboratory Information System).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the ERP system to maintain stability and availability.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements from various departments to develop the ERP system in alignment with business processes.
  • Plan and implement ERP system developments to accommodate changes and diverse needs.
  • Manage technology resources such as hardware, software, and databases related to the ERP system.
  • Integrate workflows across multiple teams, including technical teams, user teams, and service providers.
  • Plan and manage complex ERP projects from inception to delivery.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering. A master's degree in a related field, such as an MBA or Information Technology, will be given special consideration. You should have experience working with ERP systems for at least 7-10 years and in a managerial or supervisory role managing ERP projects or related systems for no less than 5 years. Your expertise in using and managing ERP systems such as SAP (FI, MM, HR), Oracle ERP or other systems will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems for at least 7-10 years.
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role managing ERP projects or related systems for no less than 5 years.
  • Expertise in using and managing ERP systems such as SAP (FI, MM, HR), Oracle ERP or other systems.
  • Understanding of data integration between ERP and other systems within a hospital.
  • Ability to plan, control, and monitor ERP projects efficiently.
  • Skilled in analyzing organizational workflows and improving processes using ERP systems.
  • Experience in managing risks related to systems such as change management.
