We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Transformation (EVP/SVP - Digital and Technology Transformation) to lead our transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, innovation, and business transformation within the global leader sector. This role is critical in driving strategic change and ensuring our company remains competitive and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of business transformation strategies.
• Drive innovation and technological advancements to improve business processes and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives within the Consulting, Manufacturing, FMCG industry.
• Strong background in technology and innovation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
