Business Analyst

An exciting Business Analyst (x1 vacancy) job has arisen in a leading firm in Bangkok. This Business Analyst role in the field of financial technology will be involved in analysing the requirement and communicating with the development team in delivering the solution.

About the Business Analyst Role:

The Business Analyst is responsible to analyse business requirement for solution design, managing system development, interfacing with external partners to deliver IT solution supporting business as well as supporting end to end process design for front office and back office. The salary offered is competitive with insurance and provident fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvements and developing/implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business process
• Performing requirement analysis, identifying gap and proposing appropriate implementation plan and documentation
• Assisting Supervisor in creating detailed business objective and users’ agreed plan
• Transforming business requirements to appropriate application functions
• Developing Business Specification Requirement for any application modifications
• Preparing UAT requirements, test plan and test cases
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful report
• Facilitate in handling/solving difficult/complex issues
• Conducting end user training and ensuring that users understand and able to operate efficiently

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalents experience
• At least three years’ experience working with information technologies and Business analyst
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
• Excellent analytical skills
• Used to work as developer before is advantage
