IT Manager

A global-leading F&B business is recruiting IT Manager (x1 vacancy) to join their team. In this IT Manager job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.

About the IT Manager Role:

In this F&B business critical role you will be responsible for all branches of business on Infrastructure and business sides. You will also work with foreign vendor and development team to maintain and create the best result for company and customer. The salary range for this role is THB 70k - 80k per month + provident fund + insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Role is to manage outsourced vendors for networking, infrastructure, server side, simple hardware, CCTV, Hardware, POS, programs on tablets etc.
• Working with outsource support team which support 11 branches of business
• Ideal candidate is from the Food and Beverage industry with Project Management experience that can manage out-sourced vendors. Ideal to have experience with Cloud kitchens
• 70% working on the restaurant side managing services of systems; 30% working on the networking side managing hardware etc.
• Prefer candidates with experience with POS, F&B., Oracle, PO, Digital Menu Board, IT Equipment, BOM, data sourcing
• Responsible for writing IT report to MD, and financial accounting team
• Candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment such as promotion and marketing or seasonal campaign which need responsible and operation on time.
• Prefer English at business communication level to deal with partners and vendors Oracle APAC team

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
• Knowledge on IT network, infrastructure, and F&B industry
• Good oral and written communication skills especially in English
• Analytical skills is important for this roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude with “Can Do” attitude
