AWS Cloud Engineer (Manager Level)

We are seeking a AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure supporting global, enterprise-scale platforms. The role requires close collaboration with multinational teams to automate deployments, ensure high availability, and optimize performance and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architecture and cross-functional teams to define, implement, and enforce cloud technical standards and best practices.
• Deploy cloud solutions in alignment with design specifications and guidance provided by the Cloud Architect.
• Implement, operate, and maintain cloud-based systems and services to support business and operational needs.
• Ensure cloud environments are secure, highly available, reliable, and scalable.
• Design and implement automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning and system component deployments.
• Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
• Participate in incident management processes, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate incident documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and prevent cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with the FinOps team to support cloud cost monitoring and optimization initiatives.
• Maintain and regularly update cloud architecture, operational, and technical documentation.
• Continuously research emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
• Apply strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly document implementations, code, solutions, and incident reports.

Key Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services and strong knowledge of DevOps best practices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with AWS, with demonstrated expertise in Cloud and DevOps scope
• Solid experience in cloud infrastructure deployment, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and data management best practices.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI, and container platforms including ECS, Fargate, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in an Agile and Scrum development environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable solutions.
