What you'll do:

• Manage administrative tasks for virtual machines on VMWare VSI and VDI platforms, including configuration changes, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• Apply comprehensive security hardening measures and remediate findings from vulnerability assessments to maintain robust protection for all systems under your care.
• Proactively monitor system health using advanced tools to identify potential issues early, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and maintain optimal system availability at all times.
• Test application performance regularly to detect bottlenecks or inefficiencies, collaborating with colleagues to implement effective solutions that enhance user experience.
• Maintain rigorous backup procedures and redundancy strategies to safeguard data integrity and ensure rapid recovery in case of unexpected incidents.

• Holding a VMWare certification is highly desirable as it showcases your technical proficiency in this area.
• A solid understanding of OSI network layers combined with practical TCP/IP networking skills ensures seamless integration between systems.
