- Assist project teams in implementing automated and 'as code' supervision solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across all IT environments.
- Deploy configurations for supervision tools with precision, ensuring seamless integration into existing infrastructure while minimising disruption.
- Guarantee compliance with PCI DSS regulations by conducting regular audits, updating documentation, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address gaps.
- Promote good supervision practices throughout the organisation by developing guidelines, delivering training sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all matters related to supervision by staying up-to-date with industry trends and providing informed recommendations to colleagues.
