• Implement cloud-based systems and services according to design specifications provided by the Cloud Architect, ensuring alignment with technical standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex cloud environments to guarantee high levels of reliability, security, and scalability across all platforms.
• Collaborate extensively with enterprise architecture, operations, security teams, as well as development teams and product owners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Automate deployments of system components using modern tools such as Ansible and Terraform, streamlining processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Manage and monitor cloud-based systems proactively to identify potential issues before they impact service availability or performance.
• Participate actively in incident management processes by maintaining detailed incident reports and supporting rapid resolution of problems.
• Work closely with the FinOps team to implement effective cost optimisation strategies that maximise value from cloud investments.
• Continuously research emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to cloud infrastructure implementations, deployment steps, codebases, and incident responses for transparency and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that enable rapid yet reliable software releases.

• Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible (minimum 2 years), Terraform (minimum 2 years), Gitlab-CI; familiarity with containerisation technologies like ECS, Fargate or Kubernetes (K8S).
• A positive attitude coupled with a deep commitment to delivering high-quality work collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational background providing solid theoretical foundations for advanced technical tasks.
• Minimum five years’ practical experience working specifically on AWS platforms within enterprise settings.
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps methodologies applied within agile frameworks supporting iterative delivery cycles.
• Fluency in English enabling clear communication both verbally and in writing when documenting implementations or supporting solutions.
