Lead SAP Customer Service Specialist
Our client is seeking a Lead SAP Customer Service (CS) Specialist to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to oversee and integrate SAP CS systems, support Salesforce CRM initiatives, and perform data analysis to drive strategic decisions. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between local teams and regional/global IT and business functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
What you'll do:
As a Lead SAP CS Specialist, your role will be multifaceted. You will oversee the operation and integration of SAP CS systems, ensuring they align with business goals. Your expertise in Salesforce CRM will be invaluable as you support initiatives that drive the company forward. Your ability to analyse data will help identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions. You'll also conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing training and documentation for end users. Acting as a bridge between local teams and regional/global IT functions, your communication skills will be key.
