Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable SAP Business Analyst to join their team in Bangkok. This role will act as the crucial link between the business and IT, designing and implementing effective business and system solutions. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, train key users, and participate in exciting SAP projects.
What you'll do:
As an SAP Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You'll be responsible for planning, designing, configuring, and implementing effective business and system solutions that drive efficiency. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement within the system. You'll also have the chance to share your knowledge by training SAP key users on new implementations. Your active participation in SAP projects will be invaluable, as will your ability to solve complex issues in collaboration with our dedicated Operations team.
- Act as the interface between Business and IT, planning, designing, configuring and implementing effective business and system solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the system.
- Train the SAP key users on new implementations.
- Participate actively in SAP Projects, bringing your expertise to the table.
- Solve complex issues in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Propose new solutions and potential improvements as a Module coordinator.
- Define migration strategy and implement new S/4 platform from fit/gap workshops to post go live activities.
- Review change requests, clarify them and present solutions to Change Advisory Board.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with extensive experience in SAP customising SD/MM, FI/CO, and integration. You should have worked in an SAP S/4 HANA environment; experience with ECC is a bonus. Your understanding of customer service processes or logistic processes should encompass implementation, support, design, training, and configuration. If you come from a multinational environment handling consumer goods or the retail industry, that's even better. A certification in SAP, ECC and/or S/4 HANA would be advantageous. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field, or have equivalent experience. Your knowledge of ABAP programming/debugging will be crucial in this role, as will your proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good oral and written English language skills are essential.
