Our client, a renowned international firm, is seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP Concur Product Owner to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the expenses, request, invoice and travel tool, CONCUR from a financial solution standpoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical functionalities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement within the team.

What you'll do:
As an SAP Concur Product Owner, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the core solution of CONCUR application while ensuring it meets internal control standards and compliance requirements. You will oversee hosting and manage functional as well as technical third-party providers. Your responsibilities will also include managing third-party contracts, support and licenses linked to the software strategy. Ensuring the security and compliance of the platform will fall under your purview. You will also lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects.
- Maintain core solution, ensuring they meet internal control standards and compliance requirements
- Oversee hosting and manage functional and technical third-party providers
- Manage third-party contracts, support and licenses linked to the software strategy
- Ensure the Security and Compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR) of the platform
- Perform weekly reporting for head of finance community
- Lead the planning, budget, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects
- Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy during execution
- Maintain a hands-on approach to software architecture, design, and coding
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this SAP Concur Product Owner role brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a delivery-focused mindset. Fluency in English is essential as you'll need to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally. You should have strong knowledge of SAP CONCUR Expenses, Request, Invoice and Travel modules. A proven track record of maintaining applications around travel and expenses processes (performance, security, functional, availability) along with internal control processes is required. Complete knowledge of IT processes including incident management, problem management and change management is also necessary.
