SAP Project Manager

An exciting SAP Project Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the international manufacturing industry based in Bangkok.

About SAP Project Manager (Manufacturing) Role:

This Specialist position will efficiently build relationships across global organisation and support business development, scope in SAP S4HANA systems implementations with regional team (China, Singapore, Australia, Japan etc.). The salary range for this role is THB 140,000 - 170,000k per month + provident fund + bonus + insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages all activities related to SAP implementation projects
• Ensures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives
• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team
• Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI
• Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans
• Identify, analyse, and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders
• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Five years of experience in SAP projects delivery
• Team leading and project management skills in SAP projects
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Experience and knowledge in SAP products and functional modules (at least one module on expert level, the best to be confirmed by SAP Certification)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills must be a team player
• Worked in onsite-offshore delivery mode
• Practical knowledge of project delivery methodologies
• Good English verbal and written communication
• Expertise level other SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, FI, CO, PP, PM, etc.)
• Experience in big rollout projects
• Being an SAP Project Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of speciality
