Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the development of a global SDLC dashboard platform used by engineering teams worldwide. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of engineers to design, build, and evolve a data-driven platform that supports engineering productivity and decision-making across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Oversee system architecture, design, and development of the global dashboard platform.

• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

Platform Development

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support analytics and dashboard functionality.

• Build and enhance interactive dashboard interfaces for data visualization and user experience.

• Integrate the platform with DevOps tools and engineering systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with global stakeholders to gather requirements and align development with strategic goals.

• Translate technical concepts into clear communication for cross-functional teams.

• Support onboarding and adoption of the platform across engineering hubs.

DevOps & Cloud Integration

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.

• Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Explore opportunities to enhance analytics with AI-driven insights and automation.

• Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer leading successful technology projects.

• Strong backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot), Kotlin, Go, or Python.

• Experience building REST APIs, data pipelines, and integration services.

• Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.

• Frontend experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js and modern web technologies.

• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and observability tools.

• Knowledge of AI/ML or Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
