We are looking for a Squad Lead to join a growing software and digital solutions company delivering systems used in real business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing projects, and still staying hands-on with development.

Role Overview

The Squad Lead will focus primarily on project and team management (60%), while also contributing to development work (40%). You will act as the key point of coordination between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a development squad, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution

• Plan, prioritize, and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables

• Handle ad-hoc issues and support problem-solving under time constraints

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose solutions

• Support system design discussions and provide technical guidance

• Mentor team members and support performance development

• Contribute to hands-on development when required

• Stay informed about new technologies and contribute ideas to improve products and processes

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a development team

• Strong multitasking and coordination skills

• Ability to analyze problems and make decisions in dynamic environments

• Experience working closely with business teams or supporting business analysis

• Background in software development with willingness to stay hands-on

• Knowledge of or strong interest in AI technologies
