Tech Lead

We are seeking a Tech Lead to join a growing software and digital solutions company delivering real-world, production-grade systems for diverse business use cases. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys coding while also guiding team direction and technical decisions.

Role Overview

The Tech Lead will work in a hands-on capacity (70%), while also supporting team leadership and project coordination (30%). You will play a key role in system design, mentoring developers, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications used in live production

• Lead technical design and ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Review code and guide development best practices across the team

• Mentor junior developers and support skill development within the team

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose solutions

• Support project planning, task estimation, and delivery timelines

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to long-term technical vision

• Assist with deployment, infrastructure design, and system optimization

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience

• Proven experience designing production-ready systems

• Experience mentoring or leading developers is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of modern web and backend architectures

• Knowledge of or strong interest in AI-related technologies

• Ability to bridge technical solutions with business requirements

• Proactive mindset with clear technical vision and ownership mentality
