Tech Lead

We are hiring a Tech Lead to join a growing technology company specializing in software development and digital solutions. The company delivers real-world systems for various business use cases and is expanding its tech team to support new and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on full-stack development and system enhancement

• Design and implement production-ready system architecture

• Lead, mentor, and support junior developers in the team

• Assist with task planning, progress tracking, and team performance evaluation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions

• Stay up to date with new technologies and provide technical direction to the team

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience

• Proven experience in system design for real-world applications

• Experience in mentoring or leading team members (strong plus)

• Strong interest in new technologies with a clear technical vision

• Knowledge of or strong interest in AI-related technologies

• Business analysis or product-thinking experience is an advantage
