Senior Software Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript)

A fast-growing technology company in the proptech space is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale a high-impact real estate platform across Southeast Asia. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, scalable systems, collaborate with international teams, and contribute directly to products used by thousands of users in a hybrid working environment based in Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and platform enhancements

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from system design and development to testing and deployment

• Take ownership and accountability for assigned modules, services, and technical solutions

• Design, develop, document, and test software using modern languages, frameworks, and best practices

• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements

• Follow established coding standards, development processes, and security guidelines

• Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality, architecture, and engineering practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ECMAScript, and TypeScript

• Solid backend development experience with Node.js runtime

• Experience designing and implementing scalable system architectures

• Good command of written and spoken English for professional communication
