Senior RPA Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and test automation workflows, enhancing skills through paired programming tasks with experienced developers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying, fixing issues in the codebase and providing support during the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, you also will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and existing AI systems.

Key Responsibility

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas where RPA can be applied effectively
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA tools and techniques
• Engage in paired programming tasks with higher-level developers to learn from their experience and gain insights into best practices
• Continuously improve coding skills by exploring new techniques, studying documentation, and staying updated with industry trends
• Identify and fix issues in the codebase to ensure the software functions correctly
• Provide support during the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, including troubleshooting, addressing issues, and ensuring successful deployment
• Perform document processes and end-user instructions to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer

Key Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or Computer Science
• 5 years of experience as an RPA Developer and Development related fields
• Experience with programming and software development
• Knowledge of low code development such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), RPA Platform (SAP Build, SAP IRPA)
• Good knowledge in computer programming language
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Fast learning and hard-working, Good communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
