What you'll do:
As the Head of Software Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in defining the mission for your teams and guiding them towards success. You will work closely with leadership across all functions - Product, Design, Data, and Business - to ensure alignment and drive results. Your commitment to fostering a culture of strong technical ownership will result in highly reliable products and services at scale. Additionally, your contributions to architectural designs will enhance the efficiency, flexibility, and reliability of our services.

What you bring:
As the Head of Software Engineering, you bring extensive experience from your 12+ years in engineering roles within medium-sized or larger tech companies. Your proven ability to hire and grow senior leaders demonstrates your strong leadership skills. Your deep understanding of technical craft mastery and engineering discipline sets you apart from others. Your expertise in Scrum and Agile development processes combined with your fluency in both Thai and English makes you an ideal fit for this role.
* Bachelor’s degree in any field
* 12+ years of engineering experience in a medium-sized or larger tech company including 6+ years managing high performance teams
* Demonstrated ability to hire and grow senior leaders and managers
* Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline
* Deep organization capabilities, especially in regards to influence, collaboration, and communication
* Expertise and experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies
* Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both languages
