Head of Data Analytics

About the Head of Data Analytics Role:

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Head of Data Analytics will play a key role in the data team working closely with development team and work with various stakeholders to meet business requirement. They are continued growth and success in its Bangkok office delivering awesome platform designing services to drive the business further to the future. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiency while leading the process of establishing data strategies and providing metrics/insights on critical business outcomes
• Develop and translate strategy into practical goals and objectives, as well as identify appropriate resources (people and money)
• Manage and guarantee team deliverables are of high quality, on schedule, and in accordance with organisational policies and laws
• In charge of negotiating and managing vendor relationships for related data products or platforms
• Lead and supervise teams working on big data sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to develop data insights and cooperate with business partners to provide commercial value through these insights
• Make strategic decisions for data analytics technology, such as analytics tool selection and design flexibility to assume total responsibility for system/application architecture based on skill set

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, software development, and/or data management
• Four years of data modelling methods with good SQL command
• Four years of experience with big data technologies and advanced data analytics
• Hands-on experience working at a high level in data architecture, data integration, data science, master data management, and similar analytical workloads
• Extensive experience of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting
• Knowledge of data security, data privacy, and data governance frameworks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• An interest in data-driven continuous quality improvement and organisational change
