- Maintain and update website content across all pages, forms, banners, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team to translate performance insights into actionable on-site improvements by sourcing, updating, and implementing relevant website content.
- Manage comprehensive website reporting by creating dashboards, analysing performance metrics such as traffic and engagement, and preparing periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor overall website health by identifying broken links, page errors, loading issues, and coordinating with developers or technical partners to resolve any problems efficiently.
- Support basic SEO hygiene through regular updates of metadata, URL structures, redirects, and page layouts to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks before and after website updates or campaign launches to guarantee consistency across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Content, Design & Creative, and SEO teams to support ongoing initiatives that drive lead generation and student engagement.
- Utilise CMS platforms such as WordPress for hands-on content management tasks while adhering to project timelines and multiple priorities.
- Assist in basic technical troubleshooting by identifying issues promptly and escalating them when necessary for swift resolution.
- Ensure all website information remains current by proactively managing updates in line with organisational objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field demonstrating foundational knowledge required for effective web operations management.
- At least three years of proven experience in website maintenance or web platform operations within a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems for efficient content management tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for basic reporting and monitoring of key site performance indicators.
- Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira or equivalent to coordinate updates across teams effectively.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS along with awareness of UX principles and conversion rate optimisation fundamentals is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously while prioritising deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai (written and spoken) enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy across all aspects of web maintenance.
- Previous experience supporting marketing teams or lead-generation websites would be considered an advantage.
