  • Own and manage the marketing website as the primary digital sales tool, ensuring it consistently delivers high performance and supports business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive website strategies focused on lead generation, sales enablement, and conversion rate optimisation to maximise captured leads.
  • Ensure every touchpoint on the website provides a seamless, engaging user experience that encourages visitor registration and interaction.
  • Conduct detailed analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to identify drop-offs, friction points, and areas for improvement across landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and key user journeys.
  • Design and implement a structured A/B testing roadmap aligned with business priorities to continuously refine landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels.
  • Apply data-driven improvements to enhance user engagement, reduce drop-offs, and increase overall conversion rates based on ongoing performance analytics.
  • Monitor website performance regularly by building insightful reports that highlight trends, issues, and new opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is compelling, up-to-date, SEO-optimised, and designed to drive conversions.
  • Maintain site structure and metadata to improve organic traffic flow and search engine ranking through effective SEO practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and technical teams to align website content with business goals while implementing new features and improvements.

What you bring:

To excel as website analytics & Optimization Specialist, you will bring a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative spirit. Your background includes hands-on experience managing complex websites where driving conversions was paramount. You possess strong analytical abilities enabling you to interpret data trends accurately while recommending actionable improvements. Your interpersonal skills foster productive relationships across departments—ensuring everyone works together towards shared objectives. With your familiarity in CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow plus expertise in A/B testing methodologies you can efficiently implement changes that enhance user journeys. Fluency in English & Thai allows you to communicate ideas clearly within multicultural teams. If you have worked within education or similar sectors before your insight into student-centric services will be especially valued.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
  • At least three years’ proven experience managing high-performance marketing websites within sales-driven environments is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Hotjar, and digital marketing strategies is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms including WordPress or Webflow along with A/B testing tools is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse website data and user behaviour effectively in order to make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, and development teams is important for success in this role.
  • Efficient project management skills are needed to oversee website updates, content changes, and testing initiatives smoothly.
  • Excellent command of both English & Thai languages—written and spoken—is required for clear communication across teams.
  • A commercial mindset combined with prior experience in the education industry would be considered advantageous but not mandatory.
