Regional SAP SD/MM Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Regional SAP SD/MM Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives and drive the implementation of SAP solutions, with a key focus on the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to strategic SAP projects while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the migration strategy from legacy SAP ECC to S/4HANA, overseeing the full project lifecycle from workshops to post go-live support.
• Support activities on both ECC and S/4HANA platforms during the transition phase.
• Analyze, clarify, and present system change requests to internal governance forums.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis workshops, document findings, and propose SAP-based solutions.
• Provide functional expertise for solution proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials, conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Write and maintain key project documentation including functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and user guides.
• Ensure development work aligns with business requirements and project timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in SAP Customizing across SD, MM modules and integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication in English and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
