System Analyst (Middle – Senior level)

A leading start-up is System Analyst, (x1 vacancy) to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.

About the System Analyst Role:

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing operational processes to design data diagram, mapping, API, flow chart, and code reviewing (Plus) in system and business Analyst team. This position will co-operation with development team. The salary offered is competitive with bonus, insurance and provident fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse requirement, design technical components and develop technical specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
• Design interface specification and conduct interface discussion session with related internal and external parties
• Communicate with stakeholders (including non-technical people) in technical related subjects clearly
• Coordinate with DevOps team to manage the set-up and configuration of application stack as per application architecture
• Provide documentation of all technical design/components as needed
• Coordinate with BA and developer to investigate production incident that support team cannot handle
• Design system monitoring procedures and tool to quickly find root cause of production incident or fix known errors. Related experiences/Skill: Design system, Design database, technical design (API, Specification)

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalents experience
• Three years’ experience working with information technologies and system analyst
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration and systems
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
• Excellent analytical skills
• Used to work as developer before is advantage
• SQL database knowledge is a must
