Sales Manager – Smart Building Technology 📍 Location: Bangkok, Thailand 💰 Salary: Up to THB 150,000/month (depending on experience) We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in Smart Building Technology, Building Automation, and Energy Solutions. This role focuses on project-based solution sales, working closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and building owners to deliver advanced building technologies that improve efficiency, automation, and energy performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the smart building and energy solutions business

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, and large-scale infrastructure

  • Manage the end-to-end project sales cycle, including client engagement, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation

  • Promote smart building technologies, including building automation systems, energy management solutions, and integrated building controls

  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design customized solutions that meet client requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators

  • Track industry trends related to smart buildings, energy efficiency, and digital building technologies

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales within smart building technology, building automation, energy management, HVAC, or related engineering solutions

  • Experience in project-based or solution sales within the building or construction technology sector

  • Understanding of building automation systems (BAS/BMS), energy efficiency solutions, or integrated building technologies is highly preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects

  • Good command of Thai and English
