Our client is seeking an Assistant Revenue / Revenue Manager to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise within a globally renowned hospitality company. As part of the Onboarding & Success team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global revenue management ambition, providing Revenue Management Systems and expertise to hotels worldwide. Your work will directly impact the achievement of the organisation's goals.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Revenue / Revenue Manager, your role will be integral to the success of our client's global operations. You will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional team collaborations and supporting hubs in defining and implementing their roll-out strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing projects, providing technical support, and ensuring high hotel satisfaction results. You will also be tasked with maintaining consistent communication with hotels and internal stakeholders.

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hotels with their chosen solution or with a new functionality.
  • Provide proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Assist hotel on the related system set-up and RMS set-up for successful go live.
  • Ensure new onboarded hotels have the necessary technical assistance to set up their software.
  • Partner with hubs to support change management required, identify opportunity & risks for the projects, manage communications, and overall hotel & user satisfaction.
  • Have a clear and client focused communication style capable of expressing complex ideas succinctly, to all levels of understanding.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Revenue / Revenue Manager position brings a wealth of experience in hospitality technology along with strong project management and analytical skills. Your ability to work independently under high-pressure situations will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Management & other hotel systems will be highly beneficial. Your commitment to teamwork, excellent organisational skills and time management abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our client's team.

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Hospitality Technology.
  • Intermediate proficiency in BI tools & processes.
  • Basic working knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Management & other hotel systems and onward distribution.
  • Intermediate project management & analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well independently; ability to autonomously work in high pressure situations; teamwork; good organizational & time management skills.
