As a result of ongoing and continued successes both within Bangkok and internationally, this global leader within the consumer world is recruiting a Sales Manager Digitalisation to join their international division based in Bangkok and carry out the job's responsibilities.
About the Sales Manager Digitalisation Role:
This is a great opportunity/job/role for the Sales Manager Digitalisation to redevelop group systems and processes.
- Fulfil sales target and promote sales strategies in defined area
- Activepre-sales and demand creation forDigitalisation portfolio:SitePilot Platform, SAP solution portfolio, Business Consulting
- Identifying new customers
- Existing Customers: Cross-/Up-Selling
- Developing customer towards Smart Factory, Industry 4.0
- Planning customer visits, forecasting, customer's acquisition cycle, etc.
- Tighten customer loyalty
- Coordinating the sales process together with local sales setup and head of sales Digitalisation
- Technical clarification of opportunities and orders with headquarter Germany and local setup
- Commercial clarification/qualification of enquiries
- Final quotation processing and print-out
- Quotation negotiations with customers
As you will be client-facing, you must possess outstanding communication skills.
- Education: bachelor Degree or above in computer science
- Experience: Sales experiences in relevant field, especial for MES
- Exceptional customer service and good communication skills
- Positive, be able to work independently, can work under pressure
- Able to make persuasive communication, presentation and negotiation
- Work logically, systematically and efficiently. Good in understanding, analyses, resource organisation and time management
- CET-6 or higher, excellent writing and oral English to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved that will speak or read in the language
- Good personality, good team-work spirit
- Frequent travel is required
