A leading international system integrator is seeking a high-calibre Account Manager in Bangkok to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.
About the Account Manager Role:
This is a great opportunity/job/role for the Account Manager to redevelop group systems and processes. Your main responsibility is to handle the main account of the company.
- Responsible to develop and maintain a long term relationship with key customer accounts. To increase revenue sales by meeting current and future needs and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Works with key accounts to identify IT needs and offers business and technical solutions to their current concerns
- Maintains a close working relations and regular meetings with key account decision makers
- Discusses clients future requirements in anticipation to future industry needs
- Identifies and plans sales calls to new clients
- Monitors competitive products and services and sales and marketing activities
- Coordinates and liaises with other technical departments and business development on new technical solutions and offerings
- Prepares business contracts and other marketing sales documents for superior’s approval
- Keep one-self updated on developments in the technical, industry and sales/marketing areas
- Reviews sales and marketing performance on a regular basis and take corrective actions as required
As you will be client-facing, you must possess outstanding communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five years' working experience in IT sales experience
- Highly effective communication with good business presentation skills
- Good command in writing and speaking English to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved that will speak and read in the language
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
