A leading convenience store chain is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple locations across Bangkok and nationwide. What you'll do:

As an Area Manager – Convenience Stores, you will be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations throughout Bangkok and nationwide. Your responsibilities will include regular site visits, reviewing financials, supporting new store openings, implementing promotional activities, approving inventory counts, and facilitating communication between regional offices and stores.

• Regularly visit each assigned store, to monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Check cash balances (including safe) at least once a week and prepare detailed store visit reports for discussion with Store Managers.
• Support new stores by visiting daily during their initial phase, assisting Store Managers with daily procedures and operations.
• Make decisions regarding hiring, dismissal, and promotion of store employees (excluding Store Managers and deputies), fostering a nurturing workplace culture.
• Ensure effective promotional advertising strategies are implemented in each store to maximise visibility and sales.
• Approve physical inventory counts conducted by stores, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
