What you'll do:

As a Field Coach Trainer – Luxury Retail based in Bangkok, you will be at the forefront of empowering retail teams through impactful training initiatives. Your days will be filled with facilitating interactive workshops, coaching individuals through role plays, monitoring progress, and providing insightful feedback that helps each team member flourish.

• Deliver engaging on-site training sessions for retail sales associates, ensuring each session is tailored to promote exceptional guest experiences and luxury hospitality.
