What you'll do:
As a Service Operations Manager in an Auto Dealership, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for achieving service revenue targets through robust team management and strict adherence to processes. Your ability to meet key performance indicators across various departments will be crucial. You will plan, manage, and control the service budget on a monthly basis while looking for opportunities to increase operational efficiency. Your commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability will be paramount. Monitoring customer satisfaction on a weekly basis and implementing improvements will be part of your routine tasks. You will also handle all aspects of customer complaints, providing resolutions where necessary. Your role will also involve nurturing your personal development needs in line with business requirements.
- Achieve service revenue target through strong team management and process adherence
- Meet key performance indicators for the service, workshop, and parts departments
- Plan, manage, and control the service budget, reviewing monthly
- Increase efficiency of the Aftersales operation and vehicle throughputs
- Sustain, retain, and enhance levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction weekly, implementing improvements for consistent future enhancement
- Administer all aspects of customer complaints, assisting customers to find resolutions
- Provide effective skills & competence within the After-sales service team to resolve technical problems
- Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of Business requirements
What you bring:
As a Service Operations Manager - Auto Dealership, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role. Your strong understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles sets you apart. Your previous experience in workshop management or technical service is highly advantageous. Your familiarity with Dealer Management systems is essential for this role. Your ability to multitask coupled with excellent communication skills will be key to your success. Being a Thai national with a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of work experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
