Our client is seeking a Business Performance Manager (Retail) to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert support on analysis of business performance, monthly and cycle forecast, and lead transversal commercial projects with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills. What you'll do:

As a Business Performance Manager (Retail), your role will be multifaceted. You will establish business performance reports, assist in commercial feasibility simulations, and participate in month-end sales closings. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be crucial as you support the implementation of new performance tools. You'll also develop retail execution plans for key sales initiatives and support the Commercial & Operation team in various reporting tasks. Your leadership skills will shine as you partner with the Commercial & Operation team to develop projects that support retail key business priorities. Your effective resource management will make you a key project leader. Lastly, your collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager will ensure operations run smoothly.

  • Establish business performance report and review with commercial team
  • Assist in various commercial feasibility simulations for new business cases and key commercial strategies
  • Participate in month-end sales closing and lead commercial dashboard
  • Prepare monthly performance summary and detailed reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support implementation of new performance tools
  • Develop and implement retail execution plans for key sales initiatives
  • Support Commercial Team in reporting including but not limited to commercial, sales, traffic
  • Partner with Commercial & Operation team to develop and oversee projects related to supporting retail key business priorities
  • Manage resources effectively as a key project leader
  • Work hand in hand with Retail Operations Manager to ensure operations run effectively
