An exciting position Distribution and Sales Support Director (1x Vacancy) to join a leading Airline in Bangkok This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Vice President-Sales in planning, directing, and executing long-term strategies and sales activities to maximize company profit/revenue.

What you'll do:

As a Distribution and Sales Support Director, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Vice President-Sales in planning, directing, and executing long-term strategies. You will be responsible for managing passenger sales/marketing tasks across various territories. Your ability to communicate policies effectively will ensure smooth operations within the department. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting sales activities across multiple countries while fostering relationships with top management in the airline industry.

• Perform tasks assigned by superiors at all levels
• Communicate policies and strategies effectively to all employees at all levels
• Set, control, and manage the divisional/departmental budget efficiently
• Handle all passenger sales/marketing tasks for Hong Kong/Guangzhou (off-line stations) and Japan (on-line station)
• Manage correspondence for the mentioned areas with the main office or other branches
• Supervise sales/marketing jobs for GSA under the territory
• Conduct sales activities including sales visits and building relationships with top management in the airline industry and media for Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, and other countries as needed
• Transfer knowledge, guide, and coach team members for performance and career development
• Define required competencies for expected performance

With a minimum of 10 years of experience under your belt, you are well-versed in handling passenger sales/marketing tasks across various territories. • Bachelor's degree in any field
• Direct experience with travel agencies and the airline industry
• Ability to use the Amadeus system
