What you'll do:
As a Luxury Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the high standards of our client's luxury boutique. Your responsibilities will span across various facets of retail operations including inventory management, process streamlining, policy compliance, visual merchandising, sales support strategy development, budget management and customer relationship management. You will be expected to ensure optimal stock levels by overseeing the logistics of inventory acquisition, storage, and replenishment. Your role will also involve coordinating with various teams to organise in-store activations and sales-oriented events. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing budgets that align with financial objectives while identifying opportunities for cost reductions without compromising on quality or customer experience.
- Ensure that Boutique operations align with high standards and strategic goals.
- Manage the planning, strategy design & execution of retail boutique and people operational processes, policies, systems and tools.
- Responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels and overseeing the logistics of inventory acquisition, storage, and replenishment.
- Streamline processes to minimise waste and redundancies while maintaining consistency across different boutique locations.
- Ensure all operational aspects comply with guidelines maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Work closely with visual merchandising teams to create captivating displays that reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Coordinate with boutiques in regards with marketing and regional team on organisation of in-store activations and sales-oriented event.
- Developing and managing budgets that cover all operational aspects.
- Collaborate with team to lead and supervise staffs to support CRM activities.
