Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction across all channels and touchpoints of the client's journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining market strategies, managing Client Service KPIs, and leading projects to improve repair flow and process. They will also play a key role in managing the CS team and developing people potential.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will be tasked with defining market strategies that align with global policies while catering to local specificities. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you plan, lead, and implement projects aimed at improving repair flow and processes. Monitoring Client Service KPIs will fall under your purview, as well as providing comprehensive CS reports. A significant part of your role will involve ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction across all channels. Additionally, you'll build strong relationships with local and regional repair center teams while participating actively in the recruitment and management of the CS team.

  • Define market strategies based on global policy and local specificities
  • Manage and monitor Client Service KPIs respecting the service code
  • Plan, lead and implement projects to improve repair flow and process
  • Provide CS reports, monitor performance, and implement action plans for optimal service satisfaction
  • Ensure highest client satisfaction across all channels and touchpoints of client’s journey
  • Build strong relationships with local and regional repair center teams
  • Participate in recruitment and management of CS team, setting up individual objectives and assessing performance

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the customer service sector, preferably within the retail business. With 8-10 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in managing high volume environments or luxury settings. Your strategic overview is complemented by 3-5 years of management experience as a boutique manager or deputy manager. Fluency in English is required for this role, with proficiency in a third language being highly appreciated. Your technical skills include SAP experience and excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, Excel, and Power Point. Above all, your strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and negotiation prowess set you apart.

  • 8-10 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in Retail business
  • 5+ years of management experience in high volume or luxury environment
  • Strategic overview with 3-5 years of management experience as boutique manager or deputy Manager
  • Fluency in English, 3rd language appreciated
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
