About the After-service Sales Manager (Automation solutions) Role:
The after-service sales manager (x1 Vacancy) plays a pivotal role in the Southeast Asia region, with a primary focus on After Sales Services, including Service Level Agreements, Spare parts, Modifications, Overhauls, and Training. As a customer-facing position reporting to the CS Manager Southeast Asia, the role is based in Thailand, specifically targeting key markets within the country. Activities and priorities are collaboratively set with the CS Manager Southeast Asia.This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.
Establish quantifiable client satisfaction metrics within the market
Devise and implement a continuous improvement program for after-sale services, with a paramount emphasis on addressing customer needs
Effectively promote services such as Service Level Agreements, maintenance, retrofit, and related offerings
Assume the role of a consistent point of contact for key clients
Formulate comprehensive client relationship development plans, integrating strategic service marketing activities.
Collaborate seamlessly with the Operation Manager, Engineering Manager, I&C Manager, and Service and Part Team Leaders to address client issues comprehensively
Facilitate the bridging of communication gaps, both internally and externally
Diligently follow up on pending cases until resolution
Proactively contribute to client solutions, thereby augmenting sales through service provision
Maintain rigorous oversight of the CRM tools, ensuring efficient tracking of quantified opportunities, status updates, and follow-ups within the designated territory
Efficiently receive, handle, and process customer complaints in a systematic manner
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Business or relevant experience
Strategic leadership skills. Strong entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills
Preferably experienced in after-sales service and B2B customer support
Machinery/Automation background is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations
