An exciting Regional Customer Care Director (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global industrial and manufacturing machinery firms. This role will report directly to the APAC Commercial Head.
About the Regional Customer Care Director Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad after sales service business strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside senior stakeholders within the region. You will also take the lead providing direction to all customer care-related activities, including service sale revenue management and technical support.
The salary range for this role is THB250k to THB450k per month + Provident Fund, Bonus, Allowance and Health Insurance.
- Overall responsible for the customer care aftermarket service business and operations for all assigned accounts
- Lead teams who take full sales responsibility for comprising of spare parts, maintenance, consumables, training, upgrades and expert services
- Leverage a workforce of engineers and specialists in the region to deliver solutions and will have responsibility to secure effective execution to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Drive customer segmentation to map opportunities for service products for all accounts
- Proactively follow-up opportunity pipeline and sales results, identify gaps and take actions to secure sales growth and profitability
To succeed in the Regional Customer Care Director job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with technical teams and all commercial functions, across borders and internal matrix.
- Minimum 10 years in a similar function - ideally experience within food processing/technology and/or food and beverage manufacturing machinery sector
- Substantial people management experience
- Regional experience - preferably South East Asia/APAC
- Engineering academic background and preferably experience working in a technical function at some point of your career
