A health and wellness organisation is seeking a Key Account Manager to support growth across major modern trade accounts. This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic partnerships within the dietary supplement and plant-based category, working closely with well-known retailers such as Tops, Save Drugs, The Mall, Boots, and Labs Pharmacy.
You will play a key role in strengthening buyer relationships, executing commercial plans, and supporting smooth operations from sales through to delivery. What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow key modern trade retail accounts in the health and wellness sector
- Build strong relationships with buyers and customers to drive long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute account plans, promotions, and product launches
- Own sales targets and track account performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and order fulfilment
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for retail partners and resolve issues proactively
What you bring:
- Experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, health, beauty, skincare or wellness industries
- Knowledge of dietary supplements or plant-based products is highly desirable
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up or agile environment
- Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
- Good command of English
