Sales Manager (B2B) – Home Appliances Location: Bangkok, Thailand Salary & Benefits * Base salary: up to THB 100,000 / month * Monthly commission: Based on individual sales performance * Benefits: As per company policy Job Purpose To drive B2B sales growth for home appliance products by developing new business and managing key accounts across projects, corporate, HoReCa, and institutional customers, operating as a hands-on individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and grow B2B sales with developers, contractors, corporate clients, HoReCa, and project-based customers

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue

  • Manage the full sales cycle independently: prospecting, presentation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders

  • Manage assigned accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships

  • Handle pricing discussions, quotations, and basic contract terms in line with company policy

Product & Solution Selling

  • Present home appliance products as project and business solutions, including specification support where required

  • Coordinate internally with technical, service, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation

  • Support tender submissions and project documentation

Market & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity updates in CRM or internal systems

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields

  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in home appliances, electronics, M&E, or building-related products

  • Strong experience in project-based and solution selling

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Bangkok-based, comfortable with office-based work and client visits

Preferred

  • Existing network with developers, contractors, HoReCa, or corporate clients

  • Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems
