What you'll do:

As a Fashion Buyer – Luxury based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s seasonal collections through expert curation of high-end merchandise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve researching global trends, attending exclusive events, collaborating with talented designers, and negotiating with top-tier suppliers.

• Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify emerging styles and products that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, negotiating favourable terms while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with design teams to select merchandise that reflects both seasonal trends and customer preferences within the luxury segment.
• Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand, monitoring stock movement, and implementing effective replenishment strategies.
• Analyse sales data to evaluate product performance, making recommendations for future buys based on insights and commercial objectives.
• Attend international fashion shows, trade fairs, and supplier meetings to source new products and stay informed about industry developments.
• Prepare detailed buying reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and proposed actions.
• Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive product launches and promotional activities.
• Oversee purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely delivery of goods.
• Support sustainability initiatives by identifying ethical sourcing opportunities and promoting responsible purchasing practices.
