Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment / Industrial Machinery

The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing a structured sales approach and leading the sales team to achieve overall revenue objectives. This role oversees end-to-end sales performance, from planning and execution to team leadership, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth across nationwide markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Performance

  • Develop and implement systematic sales plans aligned with business objectives

  • Own total sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets across the sales team

  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and results

  • Set clear individual and team targets and track performance against KPIs

  • Support capability development and performance improvement within the team

Customer & Market Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage nationwide

  • Understand customer needs and align solutions to market demand

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capability


Working Arrangement

  • Flexible working environment

  • Office base: Chonburi

  • Nationwide travel required


Qualification:

  • Experience in sales management within heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or heavy machinery

  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive overall sales performance

  • Structured, results-oriented, and hands-on leadership style

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work
