Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment / Industrial Machinery
The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing a structured sales approach and leading the sales team to achieve overall revenue objectives. This role oversees end-to-end sales performance, from planning and execution to team leadership, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth across nationwide markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Performance

Develop and implement systematic sales plans aligned with business objectives

Own total sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets across the sales team

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression
Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and results

Set clear individual and team targets and track performance against KPIs

Support capability development and performance improvement within the team
Customer & Market Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage nationwide

Understand customer needs and align solutions to market demand
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams to support sales execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction

Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capability

Qualification:

Experience in sales management within heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or heavy machinery

Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive overall sales performance

Structured, results-oriented, and hands-on leadership style

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work
