What you'll do:

As the Food and Beverage Manager based in Chonburi, you will play a central role in shaping the guest journey across five vibrant outlets. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with various departments to deliver seamless service while fostering an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect among your team. • Supervise daily operations across five distinct food and beverage outlets, ensuring each venue delivers exceptional service and upholds brand standards.
• Foster a nurturing environment by guiding, mentoring, and developing your team through regular training sessions and constructive feedback.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency in quality, safety, and guest experience throughout all outlets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, housekeeping, and events to ensure smooth coordination and outstanding results.
• Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, analysing P&L statements, and identifying opportunities for increased profitability.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by responding promptly to feedback, resolving issues with empathy, and continuously seeking ways to improve the overall experience.
• Drive commercial performance by developing promotional strategies, monitoring market trends, and adapting offerings to meet evolving customer preferences.
