What you'll do:

As the Food and Beverage Manager based in Chonburi, you will play a central role in shaping the guest journey across five vibrant outlets. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with various departments to deliver seamless service while fostering an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect among your team. You will be responsible for implementing best practices that enhance operational efficiency without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction. By leveraging your understanding of cost control and commercial awareness, you will contribute directly to the financial health of each outlet. Your ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike will ensure that everyone feels valued and supported.   • Supervise daily operations across five distinct food and beverage outlets, ensuring each venue delivers exceptional service and upholds brand standards.
  • Foster a nurturing environment by guiding, mentoring, and developing your team through regular training sessions and constructive feedback.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency in quality, safety, and guest experience throughout all outlets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, housekeeping, and events to ensure smooth coordination and outstanding results.
  • Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, analysing P&L statements, and identifying opportunities for increased profitability.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by responding promptly to feedback, resolving issues with empathy, and continuously seeking ways to improve the overall experience.
  • Drive commercial performance by developing promotional strategies, monitoring market trends, and adapting offerings to meet evolving customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining meticulous records for audits and inspections.

  • You possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport quickly with team members at all levels.

  • You are comfortable coordinating across functions such as kitchen operations, housekeeping, events planning, or procurement.
