What you'll do:

As Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping every aspect of the boutique’s daily operations while fostering an environment where both clients and team members feel valued. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you actively engaging with clients on the sales floor, setting the standard for exceptional service delivery that embodies the Maison’s ethos. You will guide your team through regular coaching sessions, empowering them with knowledge about product offerings as well as best practices in clienteling.

  • Drive boutique sales by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets through effective business action plans and proactive market engagement.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the local market and implement tailored strategies to boost overall boutique performance.
  • Build and nurture a robust network of corporate partners and business contributors to enhance visibility and generate additional sales channels.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor by personally managing key client relationships while motivating your team to prioritise client development and retention.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by ensuring every client receives exceptional service aligned with the Maison’s core values and vision.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in luxury retail environments with a strong record of success in sales generation, client development, and people management.
