Sale Manager (CLMV) - Lifestyle Retail

Salary: 130,000-180,000 THB

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee their business expansion in the CLMV region, with a primary focus on Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead operations, sales, and business development initiatives, ensuring that products meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction. The successful candidate will have the chance to generate new product ideas, expand external sales, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Oversee new business expansion in Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos
• Ensure that sales targets are met in accordance with set goals
• Being a leader in operations, sales and business development,
• Initiate new product ideas and expand external sales
• Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders
• Conduct marketing research and predict market trends
• Plan, monitor, and control overall performance to achieve departmental goals
• Prepare and manage the annual budget of the department effectively

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in managing sales and business development within the CLMV group of countries. You should hold at least a Bachelor's degree or higher and have at least five years' experience in a similar role. Your ability to communicate effectively in English is essential; proficiency in Vietnamese would be advantageous. Strong leadership skills are required along with problem-solving abilities. A willingness to travel within the CLMV region is necessary for this role. Lastly, excellent interpersonal skills and high creativity are desired.

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 5-year experience in sales management and business development in the CLMV group of countries, especially in Vietnam
• Ability to communicate in English; Vietnamese is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
