Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for their Food Service division. This role is based in the vibrant city of Bangkok and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a food service strategy that drives new business growth. - Lead the development of a food service channel strategy, including factories, wholesale stores, QSR, and HORECA.
- Drive sales growth and enhance brand presence in key food service channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage the team effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead the food service strategy to drive business growth.
- Boost sales and brand presence across key food service channels, including QSR, CVS, licensing, factory, HORECA and Food Service wholesalers/distributors.
- Identify opportunities through new menu innovations (LTOs & permanent).
- Manage P&L and budgets for sustainable profitability.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to launch new products.
- Align product offerings with brand strategy.
- Build strong partnerships to maximize business opportunities.
- Expand Route-to-Market to reach more food service operators & wholesalers.
- Drive impactful trade & consumer campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
What You Bring:
- 8-10 years in business development or key account management in food service.
- Strong knowledge of food service channels.
- Sharp analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible with travel and work location.
- Must own a car for business operations.
