Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join their Luxury Retail team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in sales, marketing, PR, CRM and digital marketing within the luxury retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales department, planning and implementing strategies to increase sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customers and increasing brand awareness.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager in Luxury Retail, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the business. Your primary responsibility will be reaching the sales targets of the store. You will utilise all available resources including CRM, Marketing, Digital Marketing and Advertising to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Managing a team of sales staff, you will ensure good cooperation across different sections within the organisation. Your role will also involve educating your team on product knowledge and brand values. Planning and executing joint promotions with related partners will be key to reaching new target customers. Organising small to medium-sized events to generate sales will also fall under your remit. Maintaining relationships with partners, vendors and media contacts will be crucial for success in this role.

  • Utilise company assets such as CRM, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising to boost brand awareness and sales
  • Manage sales staff under good control and ensure good cooperation with other staff in different sections
  • Educate sales staff to gain adequate knowledge of Sales, products and Brand
  • Plan and execute joint promotions with related partners to reach new target customers
  • Organise small to medium size functions/events to create sales
  • Maintain close contact and relationship with related partners, vendors and preferably with media
  • Maintain proper amount and condition of stocks with import & export procedure

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the luxury retail sector. You are adept at working with media, suppliers and partners for joint promotions. Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to quickly provide reports and advice on management issues and negotiations. Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role. A deep understanding of how to handle luxury brands or jewellery will be a significant advantage. Your challenging spirit drives you to continuously learn and grow, particularly in understanding brands. Previous experience as a store manager with knowledge in Marketing, PR, CRM and Digital marketing is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with media, related suppliers and partner for joint promotions is preferred
  • Quick to offer report and advice of problem solving, management and negotiation way to the company
  • Ability to communicate well in English
  • Knowledge in how to handle luxury brand or jewelry is preferred
  • Challenging spirit to learn well about brands
