Our client is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead their rapidly expanding HV products business line in Thailand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to implement sales strategies, drive growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the electrical utility sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for profit and loss, achieving both qualitative and quantitative targets, and optimising the use of sales resources.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's fastest-growing area - the HV products business line. Your role will involve running the day-to-day operations to ensure profitable growth, driving the implementation of sales strategies, and setting performance targets. You will build sustainable relationships with customers, ensuring their growth and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new products to expand the portfolio in line with global directions. Your commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement will play a crucial role in promoting sharing of experience and leading practices across the region.
