What you'll do:

As a Sales Engineer, your role will be critical in driving the success of our client's business. You will have the opportunity to utilise your B2B sales experience within the healthcare industry, showcasing your solution selling expertise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, fostering client relationships, showcasing products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market analyses, crafting proposals, participating in industry events, addressing client concerns promptly, leveraging insights about competitors' offerings, and providing comprehensive reports on various aspects. Your contribution will be key in achieving the overall success of the team.

  • Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to optimize time investment and territory/segment coverage.
  • Foster relationships with existing and potential clients, facilitating sales through a personalized approach.
  • Showcase our products and services to clients, both in-person and via phone, guiding them to select solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services to streamline sales efforts.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of market potential and client value, strategizing to maximize returns.
  • Craft compelling proposals and quotations to address client needs and preferences.
  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conventions to showcase our offerings and network with stakeholders.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Leverage insights to highlight the advantages of our products/services compared to competitors.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to management on client feedback, market trends, and potential opportunities for new products/services.

What you bring:

As a Sales Engineer for our client's organisation, you bring a wealth of skills that make you an ideal candidate for this role. You possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or automation field. Your ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers is commendable, as are your excellent problem-solving skills. You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and are proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will be key in effectively delivering your message to teams and stakeholders.

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the healthcare or automation field.
